Terms and Conditions

If Buyer purchases any advertised domain name(s) from us, ComCrown,  (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") through PayPal, Escrow.com or any other mutually agreed payment method, and transfer is not completed within fifteen (15) days after the date of purchase, to any properly licensed and certified registrar of Buyer's choice or to the existing registrar, in the event the purchased domain name has been registered for less than (60) days and must remain with the existing registrar for at least (60) days, pursuant to applicable regulations of ICANN, and provided Buyer has paid any and all applicable registration fees and costs as/if applicable to Buyer's receiving registrar, then Buyer may request a refund by notifying Seller in writing within twenty-one (21) days from the purchase date of the domain name(s) and within ten (10) days from Seller's receipt of such notice of request for refund from Buyer, Seller shall issue to Buyer a 105% Money-Back refund. Buyer's written request for refund must be evidenced by proof of Seller's receipt of same and must arrive within the timelines specified herein. Refund requests shall include Buyer's true full legal name, whether a natural person, corporate entity or otherwise, a statement indicating the specific reason(s) Buyer is requesting a refund and Buyer's accurate contact information including a valid mailing address, contact person and contact phone number. The refund shall be issued to Buyer via PayPal electronic refund if the  payment method of purchase by Buyer was via PayPal, or via credit card merchant credit if the payment method was via credit card. Refunds requested pursuant to purchase transactions conducted through Escrow.com shall be refunded in accordance with Escrow.com's  guidelines and policies governing the issuance of same. Refunds pursuant to other payment methods (check, money order or other) mutually agreed to by both Buyer and Seller shall be refunded in like manner or at Seller's sole discretion via couriered money order with delivery confirmation and signature required. The refund shall not include any reimbursement to Buyer for mail, courier or any other fees or costs incurred by Buyer pursuant to Buyer's written and delivered request for refund or for any other fees or costs incurred by Buyer as a result of any other matter having to do, directly or indirectly, with said purchase or compliance with guidelines hereinabove governing refunds. The 105% Money-Back refund, upon timely compliance by Buyer of the terms set forth herein, shall be applicable only to any domain name whose transfer has been brought to Seller's attention as to having not been completed within fifteen (15) days after the date of purchase and further provided Buyer's registrar is legally and technically capable of such domain name transfer and has evidenced and exercised proper due diligence in its attempts to reasonably expedite and complete the domain name transfer process, without any demonstrable evidence of unreasonable or questionable delay on the part of Buyer's registrar or any third-party affiliates, including any applicable registrar, whose actions or non-actions have the effect of circumventing said transfer from timely occurring through no express fault of Seller, and that all such efforts exercised by Buyer or any of Buyer's third-party affiliates, including but not limited to registrars, to facilitate the domain name transfer are of demonstrable good faith and legality. 105% Money-Back Guarantee valid exclusively for purchases through this web site only.
